Establishment:

A consultative meeting was held to establish the Arab Endodontic Society in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, on October 25, 2007, with the attendance of:

1. Dr. Zuhair Al-Khatib (United Arab Emirates)
2. Dr. Saud Orfali (Saudi Arabia)
3. Dr. Ibrahim Abu Tahoun (Jordan)
4. Dr. Adel Baala (Morocco)

And in consultation with:
1. Dr. Walid Nehme (Lebanon)
2. Dr. Zaki Malallah (Qatar)

 

The Arab Endodontic Society was officially established in Amman, Jordan, during a meeting on the sidelines of the First Jordanian Endodontic Conference on October 21, 2008, with the attendance of:

1. Dr. Ibrahim Abu Tahoun (Jordan)
2. Dr. Salsabil Ibrahim (Egypt)
3. Dr. Zuhair Al-Khatib (United Arab Emirates)
4. Dr. Faisal Dayoub (Syria)
5. Dr. Saad Al-Nazhan (Saudi Arabia)
6. Dr. Walid Nehme (Lebanon)
7. Dr. Zaki Malallah (Qatar)

The first Arab Conference of the Arab Endodontic Society was held in Jordan in 2009.
